Software Project Rescue

Another team left it unfinished. We deliver it.

Software project rescue for founders and operators in the Gulf whose platform was left late, broken or half-built. We find out what's actually there, decide what it needs, and deliver it.

Sound familiar?

You've already paid for this once.

The deposit is gone, the deadline passed months ago, and the team that was building it either stopped answering or kept promising next week. What's left is a product you can't launch and nobody to explain it.

  • It's full of bugs.

It looks finished, but it breaks the moment real users touch it.

  • Whole parts are missing.

Payments, admin, notifications. Modules that were promised and never built.

  • It needs a new design.

It works, but nobody will use it the way it looks or flows today.

  • The team is gone.

No documentation, no handover, and no one who knows how it was built.

Don't fall for it twice

It didn't fail at the deadline. That's just when you found out.

Until then, all you had was someone telling you it was going well. No way to see what was actually built, what was late, or what was never started.

Don't hire the second team on trust either. Hire one whose work you can check yourself, every day, without asking.

With us, you can. The AppWorx client app shows you every task, its due date, who is working on it, the files, and every payment, live on your phone from the first day.

"You'll know it's slipping the day it slips. Not at the deadline."

How it works

How software project rescue works with us.

  1. Send us what you have.

The app or the link, whatever access you still hold, and the original brief or contract scope.

  2. We review it.

We map what exists, what works, and what's wrong. The review is free, like any estimate we give. We quote after we see it. Not before.

  3. Fix or rebuild.

Based on what we find, we decide what gets it delivered faster and more safely: fixing what's there, or rebuilding it. We explain why, and you get a clear quote and timeline.

  4. We deliver it, then stay.

We deliver the platform. After launch, you can keep developing it with us on a Continuous Development Contract.

We've done this before

Eight months elsewhere. Two and a half months with us.

MealMates came to us after eight months with another agency. The product hadn't launched, and what had been built wasn't usable. We took the brief, rebuilt the platform, the customer app, the admin panel and the full backend, and delivered it in two and a half months. It now serves more than 80 corporate addresses across the UAE.

And a rebuild with us doesn't start from zero. It runs on core modules already hardened through years of live production.

"I didn't get a partial product with promises. I got a launch."

Before the first call

What helps us review it.

  • The app, the website, or a test build
  • Any access you still have: servers, app store accounts, the code repository
  • The original brief, scope or contract
  • A short list of what's broken or missing, in your own words

Don't have all of it? Send what you have. Missing access is part of what we review.

What founders ask

Software project rescue questions

Tell us where it stopped.

The first conversation costs nothing. If your software project is worth saving, we'll tell you how. If it's faster to rebuild, we'll tell you that too.
