Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We're always looking for engineers who can work across the full stack, backend systems, APIs, database architecture, and frontend implementation, with the depth to make architectural decisions and the discipline to document them.

What we look for

Strong backend fundamentals, system design, database modeling, API architecture
Mobile development experience (React Native or Flutter preferred)
Experience with complex integrations, payment gateways, government APIs, third-party services
Someone who asks "why" before they ask "how"
Clear written communication, English required, Arabic is a strong advantage

This is not the role for you if you need close supervision, prefer to work on one technology exclusively, or treat documentation as someone else's job.

Product Designer

We're looking for a designer who understands that good product design isn't about beautiful screens, it's about decisions that make the product work for the person using it. Someone who can take a complex operational problem and produce flows that are immediately intuitive to a non-technical user.

What we look for

Strong UX thinking, information architecture, user flows, edge case handling
Figma proficiency at a production level
Experience designing for Arab-language interfaces (RTL layouts, bilingual products)
Ability to move from user problem to tested design without heavy hand-holding
A portfolio of real shipped products, not concept work

This is not the role for you if you treat UX and UI as separate disciplines, rely on templates, or can't explain why every design decision was made.
