Who We Are
AppWorx is a custom software development agency focused on the Gulf and MENA region. We build digital products and operational software for businesses and founders across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait.
What We Collect
From the Website

Automatically Collected Data
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool, to understand how people use our website. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. It records page views, referral sources, and general device/browser information in aggregate only.
We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising-based tracking tools.
From Clients (Project Engagements)
During a client engagement, we may handle sensitive business information, technical specifications, and other materials shared under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement. All client project data is treated as strictly confidential and is governed by the terms of the executed NDA and Project Contract.
How We Use Your Information
Information you provide through the contact form or direct communication is used solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Understand your project and assess whether we are the right fit
- Communicate with you throughout a project engagement
We do not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing. We do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent.

Contact form submissions and project-related communications are stored in secure systems accessible only to the AppWorx team. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to and fulfill the relevant engagement. If no engagement results, we retain it for a reasonable period for reference purposes only.
Cookies
Our website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Plausible Analytics, our analytics provider, operates without cookies entirely.
If you access any third-party integrations via our website (such as a booking or scheduling tool), those tools may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.
